Metal Work is expanding its Syntesi product family with the introduction of the new V3V quick exhaust valve, which can be directly integrated into the Syntesi Series modular air treatment unit, size 2.

The new V3V Syntesi Safe Air^®, identified by the letter W, further enhances the Syntesi range while also joining the Metal Work Safety product line: Safe Air^®.

Developed thanks to Metal Work’s long-standing expertise in the design of Syntesi air treatment units and Safe Air^® Series valves, the V3V Syntesi Safe Air^® stands out for its high reliability, its extremely precise and efficient spool monitoring system based on an electronic proximity sensor and its high exhaust flow rate, ensured by a dual silenced exhaust duct.

The V3V Syntesi Safe Air^® is suitable for use in safety circuits up to PL=d if installed as a single unit, while it can reach the performance level PL=e when used in a dual configuration (with one valve downstream of the other).
